When I arrive at the high school I was so nervous and I thought the high school would suck but soon as I got used to it it wasn't that bad I mostly joined all the activities there like being on the soccer, basketball and softball team. The staff there always welcome students when they get off the bus and when there's a problem the staff always handle the situation by seeing who's involve and they are really good at defusing it. All in all, Monroe Township High School is a great place with numerous opportunities and resources. However, the school does take numerous measures to ensure that each student receives the help they need, such as guidance counselors, clubs dedicated to mental health, access to hotlines, and more. However, some of the worst parts include the immense workload, the inflexibility and unwillingness to teach some authorities, and the overall disregard for the mental health of the students. Some of the best parts of Monroe Township High School are the diverse populations and the opportunities provided to excel, which come in abundance. As a person who practices the Hindu religion, it is safe to say that I am so grateful to have found a community of other people who practice the same religion.
They have a variety of clubs and are inclusive to all different types of people. Sophomore: Monroe Township Highschool is a great place, and they provide a lot of opportunities for the students.
